Our Health Guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our breeding program and our dedication to placing healthy, happy puppies with loving families.

Our Commitment to Healthy Bloodlines

We carefully select our parent dogs based on temperament, structure, and overall health. Each adult dog in our breeding program is evaluated to ensure they meet strong standards before being bred. Our goal is to produce Dachshund puppies that represent the best qualities of the breed while minimizing hereditary health risks.

We focus on responsible pairing and avoid breeding practices that could compromise long term health. By maintaining high standards, we aim to give every puppy the strongest possible start in life.

Veterinary Care Before Placement

Before joining their new home, every puppy from Mountain Dog for Sale receives:

• A full physical examination by a licensed veterinarian
• Age appropriate vaccinations
• Routine deworming treatments
• A thorough health assessment
• Documentation of all medical records

Each puppy will leave our home with a detailed health record so you can continue care seamlessly with your local veterinarian.

72 Hour Initial Health Guarantee

We provide a 72 hour health guarantee from the time your puppy is delivered or picked up. Within this period, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice.

If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious pre existing health condition that was present prior to leaving our care, you must notify Mountain Dog for Sale immediately and provide written documentation from the veterinarian. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement puppy of equal value, subject to availability.

This guarantee does not cover minor conditions, stress related adjustments, or illnesses caused after the puppy leaves our care.

One Year Genetic Health Guarantee

Mountain Dog for Sale provides a one year genetic health guarantee against life threatening hereditary conditions. If within one year a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a severe genetic disorder that significantly affects quality of life, written documentation must be provided for review.

Upon confirmation, we may offer a replacement puppy of equal value. The guarantee applies only to genetic conditions and does not include issues caused by injury, neglect, improper diet, lack of veterinary care, or environmental factors.

Owner Responsibilities

To keep this Health Guarantee valid, the buyer agrees to:

• Schedule a veterinary exam within 72 hours of receiving the puppy
• Provide routine vaccinations and preventative care
• Maintain proper nutrition and healthy weight
• Avoid activities that could cause preventable injury
• Provide a safe and loving home environment

Failure to provide proper veterinary care or evidence of neglect will void this guarantee.
